To ensure a smooth return process, the following conditions apply:
The product is unused

The product is in its original condition
We advise you to return the product in the packaging in which it was sent to you. The costs and risk of the return shipment are at your expense. Therefore, always keep the shipping receipt, so you have proof of shipment.
In case of a partial return, the original shipping costs will not be refunded.
Did you receive a wrong item? Then the return costs will naturally be borne by Marbutol.
Upon receipt, your return will be carefully inspected. The purchase amount will then be refunded to you within 2 weeks of receipt via the original payment method.
